Yarning Strong is a First Nations led discussion featuring some incredible musicians who will gather to talk about prioritising your mental health and ultimately, taking steps to manage burnout and look after yourself.

It is undeniable that working in the music and arts industries is taxing on your emotional and mental wellbeing – finding community and support can often be an overwhelming task in itself. Still, once we know the signs to look out for and also, once we know and realise we are not alone, it can make overcoming these hurdles that little bit easier.

Artist Mitch Tambo and Support Act's Cerisa Benjamin moderates this special BIGSOUND panel featuring Tasman Keith and Kee'ahn; discussing different ways musicians can change their mindset when it comes to burnout, engage in conversations with others who may be dealing with similar issues and above all, how to be kind to yourself.
