Platonic Sex are a Meanjin-based alt-rock band who don't sleep together, promise. Their songs are exercises in catch and release, considered lyricism and guitar-driven melodies which swell and break with emotion. The group have played alongside the likes of Body Type, Hope D and Noah Dillon; their debut EP is due out this year.
