Nice Life - President

#About

By leveraging extensive A&R experience coupled with a lifelong passion for music, Nice Life Recording Company President Bradley Haering consistently empowers and enables a diverse roster of artists to evolve and thrive on their own terms. Since joining the company as its first employee in 2015, he has personally signed, developed, and shepherded the likes of The Marías, Junior Mesa and St. Panther.

The California native recognized his propensity for music at barely five-years-old. Raised by young parents, he took over the living room CD player during Friday night parties and rotated out hits by Black Sabbath, The Allman Brothers Band, and Lynyrd Skynyrd in order to maintain the evening’s momentum. Among many highlights, he fostered the relationship between Reed and co-producer Tele, leading to Lizzo’s six-times platinum GRAMMY Award-winning Billboard Hot 100 #1 'Truth Hurts'. Additionally, he expanded the roster by welcoming talent such as The Marías, Junior Mesa, and St. Panther and overseeing a string of critically acclaimed releases in terms of not only A&R, but also marketing, rollout, and strategy. He was promoted to General Manager in 2018 before assuming the role of President in 2021.

“I still get just as excited to introduce someone to a new song or record. I think all of our artists prove if you’re true to yourself, there’s a road to success. If we share that message, I’ve done my job.”
