Steph Leung has been embedded in the gaming industry for the past 8 years. Starting in roles as social media manager for multiple professional esports organisations such as Chiefs Esports Club and Renegades, then eventually moving on to Microsoft as the Regional Gaming expert where she ran Women in Gaming panels and multiple gaming events. Flashing forward to today she is now the Senior Player Engagement lead at Electronic Arts where she works with teams all across Asia to build best practices at frameworks across community, creators and so much more.
